Alltwen (or Allt-Wen) is a village near Pontardawe, south Wales. It has its own local rugby club Alltwen RFC.

Allt-Wen is also the name of an electoral ward of Neath Port Talbot county borough. It consists of some or all of the following areas: Allt-Wen, Cilhendre, Trebanos, Tyle.
