Allen Williams

Allen Williams (born October 1st, 1966) is an American police officer from Arkansas, best known for his service on international assignments with the International Police.

Remembered as a member of the 'UNTAET Crime Scene Detachment' (ca 1999) in East Timor, during which he took part in the exhumation of several hundred victims of homicide. Major cases he was involved in included the Liquiçá Church Massacre. Williams' intelligence information gathered through the course of his service in East Timor is often credited with the identification and location of many of the murder suspects in the numerous massacres that were inflicted on the East Timorese people before and during 1999.

Williams also served overseas assignments with the International Police in Kosovo and Iraq.

He was raised in Amity, Arkansas, located in Clark County.
