Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. With respect to Tanga, it's unclear if the text you added is originally written by you and copyrighted by you, or comes from the Urithi Newsletter. If the latter, then we need some kind of explicit statement that the Newsletter is licensing the text under the GFDL, such as the text of an e-mail (put it on the article's talk page), or that the text is in the public domain. If the text is original with you, then the citation of the newsletter normally goes in a "References" section at the end of the article. Stan 14:44, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
HI AND THANKS FOR WELCOMING ME TO WIKIPEDIA.
THE TEXT WHICH I ADDED IS NEITHER WRITTEN BY ME NOR COPYRIGHTED BY ME; AND INSTEAD IS FROM THE URITHI NEWSLETTER.
I AM A NEW TO WIKIPEDIA AND THEREFORE AT THE MOMENT DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT, AND HENCE I AM STILL LEARNING.
AS I AM NOT SURE, I HAVE ALREADY REMOVED THAT ARTICLE ABOUT TANGA TOWN FROM THE ARTICLE SECTION.
THANX.
ALI FAZAL.
Hi, I'd second Stan's welcome. We need more people to help edit articles like Tanga! What we can do is use the Urithi newsletter as a source; that is, we can use some of the information from the newsletter, but write our own description for the Wikipedia article. — Matt Crypto 12:28, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
HI. THANX 4 WELCOMING ME ONCE AGAIN. I LIKED YOUR IDEA. WANTED TO ASK U THT IS IT POSSIBLE TO KEEP THE WHOLE ARTICLE FROM URITHI NEWSLETTER WITHOUT LICENSING ITS TEXT UNDER THE GFSDL? OR IS IT A MUST FOR PUBLISHED ARTICLES TO BE LICENSED UNDER THE GFDL. User:Alifazal
- I'm afraid the text must either be licensed under the GFDL, or permission must be granted so freely that it is compatible with the GFDL (such as being released into the public domain). Permission to reproduce is not sufficient, as we have no legal right to change the text itself, for example. You might try emailing the author to ask if he (or she) would be willing to license the text under the GFDL. Have a look at Wikipedia:Copyrights for more info. (P.S. Online, typing in all-capitals is generally viewed as "shouting" and can be harder to read; see Netiquette). — Matt Crypto 18:30, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
Thanx for your reply. I am extremely sorry for using capital letters in my past messages. Thanks for informing me. It seems I have a lot to learn about Wikipedia! Alifazal

[edit] Dr. Samuel Weinstein
I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Dr. Samuel Weinstein, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Importance). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Dr. Samuel Weinstein. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Thanx 4 informing me. Though I've joined Wikipedia for many days... I am still not well aware of its policies... I agree with you for the deletion of that page. alifazal 16:25, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Heart Institute
Hi there. Although I have no doubt that the Rodney Mutie Mengi Heart Institute will be notable once it's been built and opened, your article indicates that it's still in the planning stages. Consequently, it's been deleted, since one of our policies is that Wikipedia is not a crystal ball.
I do hope you stay with the project, though. DS 14:37, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
Hi. Thanks for informing me. I didnt mind. alifazal 11:15, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] re:E. gyii.
Hi Alifazal. How come you decided to ask that this article be deleted? It sounds interesting and useful. Can it not be kept, and improved later or, or something? Anyway, I fixed the link and changed the article title, and I think it should be kept. And thank you for creating it. Herostratus 18:44, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- Ah, I see, there is already another article about the snake. Well, good try anyway. Herostratus 19:12, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
Hi Herostratus! I rechecked the page and it seems you have redirected the page to the already existing page. My error was that i kept a fullstop at the end of the title. alifazal 17:52, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Denial of historic facts. Please check vote. A suggested Name is needed.
This note came to you because you have showed a related background in an earlier comment. Regards.--Connection 19:11, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
