I'm a student of AMU for which I'm not very proud of . AMU was once an instiute of knowledge and respect .Students respect their teachers and teachers are ever ready to help them.But now AMU has lost its former glory.I'm sorry to say that this big university has discarded its old heritage which it was very praised of in the past.

First of all they are falsifying the vision of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan which is very sad and depressing.They are saying not openly but by their actions that Sir Syed Ahmed has founded this university for the purpose of muslims and only muslims.This phrase ONLY MUSLIMS creates the problem.For instance some AMU university professors and readers has agreed upon an approval for 50% reservation for muslims and 25% reservation for internals for admission in this university .I would like to inform you that muslims account for 99% of the internals and this brings the total number of reservation seats 75% for muslims alone and forget about reservation for the child of employee and child of alumini(which too a majority comes from muslims).Whereas sir syed has visioned india as a beutiful bride where MUSLIMS AND HINDUS ARE HER TWO BEAUTIFUL EYES both important and the bride would look ugly without one of them.How can a man of such noble vision can accept such a discrimination?

Sir Syed has made this university for muslims but for saying only muslims is wrong. This doesn't mean that i'm against muslims.I'm also a muslim but my fellow brothers does not understand that .ALLAH has said never to offer namaz on occupied land.For this very paak thing which he had made wajib(obligatory) he has said never to offer it on other's land without's his permission.HE has also said never to take away other's rights.What my bros are doing need not to explain any further. University majority of the income comes from the government and the govt. get its money from taxes on common people wether it is a muslim or hindu everybody gives taxes so why not to give others opportunity which has a equal role in building of this university.
