Alissa Czisny (born June 25, 1987), is an American figure skater. Her twin sister, Amber, is also a figure skater. In 2005, Czisny won the Skate Canada International and placed second at Skate America. Czisny is a student at Bowling Green State University on a full academic scholarship and is known for her fast, well-positioned spins and graceful spirals. She went on to the 2006 US National Championships in St. Louis, where she was a heavy favorite to place in the top three. Due to nerves and falling multiple times, Czisny fell to seventh overall.

She began the 2006-07 season, she competed at Skate Canada International and Cup of Russia.

Czisny was one of four up-and-coming figure skaters featured on the 2006 TLC series, Ice Diaries.
