Alisa Palmer

Alisa Palmer is a Canadian theatre director and playwright.
Palmer has an eclectic and robust directorial style, and has worked on such diverse projects as her own A Play About the Mothers of the Plaza del Mayo, which made a compelling use of the Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, a production of Pal Joey at the Shaw Festival in 2004, and several plays by Ann-Marie MacDonald, whom she married in 2003. She is presently working on a musical theatre production of The Lord of the Rings in Toronto.
