Alioum Saidou (born February 19, 1978 in Cameroon) is a Cameroonian footballer. He currently plays for French club FC Nantes Atlantique as a midfielder.

Formerly, he played for Cameroonian club Garouna, and another Turkish team, Istanbulspor.

He also plays international football for the Cameroon national team, with whom he played in the 2006 African Cup of Nations.
