Alicia Rio (born February 16, 1971 in La Capita, Mexico) is a Hispanic porn star who is notable for her large labia. She quickly rose to the top in the industry due to her curvaceous figure, good looks, enthusiastic performances, and the many who were attracted to her large labia--the largest in the adult film business.

Prior to her stint in pornography, she worked as a city employee in Fresno, California for several years before entering the adult film industry.

After making over 200 films in a few short years, Rio fell on hard times and left the porn film industry in late 1994. She continues to work as a stripper and feature dancer, and is presently involved in a relationship with Lacy Lee and has put up her own website.

There are conflicting reports on Alicia's birthdate. The Internet Movie Database lists her as born on February 16, 1966, while some other sources cite the same date in 1971 (e.g. Internet Adult Film Database). Her birthdate has also been given as May 25, 1975, but this is likely incorrect, as it would mean that she was only 16 when she made her adult film debut in 1991. (Thus making the video of her debut an act of child pornography, as viewed by American law.)
