Ali Sardar Jafri

Ali Sardar Jafri (November 29, 1916 to August 1, 2000) was born in Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh and was an Urdu writer. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1967 and the Jnanpith award in 1997.
