I believe I have provided what is sufficient for an Art History stub. I have provided information on other resources for a student to pursue if he or she wishes to find out more about Alfred Barr. I have also provided a quote from the art historian. The background of the subject is harder to find; however, I can research this if it will allow me more time to make this page a viable contribution to the Wikipedia community.
