Alfredo Fuentes Hernández

Alfredo Fuentes Hernández is a Colombian diplomat, lawyer and economist. As the Director General for Legal Affairs, he became the interim Secretary General of the Andean Community of Nations (2006–), after Allan Wagner Tizón's resignation.
