Alfiano Natta is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 40 km east of Turin and about 35 km northwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 779 and an area of 13.1 km².[1]

Alfiano Natta borders the following municipalities: Calliano, Castelletto Merli, Moncalvo, Odalengo Piccolo, Penango, Tonco, and Villadeati.
