Hey, I noticed your work at Shona music. Looks great, and I see you've been working on mbira as well! I just wanted to let you know what I decapitalized a bunch of things in Shona music because they weren't proper nouns, and I also made some changes to the section headers. If you haven't seen it yet, you may be interested in Wikipedia:WikiProject_World_music, which is marked as inactive but has some new rumblings on the talk page. Thanks for your work, and let me know if you have any questions. Tuf-Kat 05:19, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
- Cool, thanks. Yeah, I'm planning on adding content to other Zimbabwean and Shona music-related articles as well, and try to get some people I know who also know about those subjects to contribute. I'll also look at the World Music project page, also, thanks again. Alex Weeks 05:26, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Mbira players and keyboardist-stubs
In my opinion there isn't a more appropriate stub available at this time for mbira players. It does use a keyboard, even if it isn't the 88 keys of a piano. If we had a percussionist-stub (and we may have one soon, as it has been proposed) there would be a strong argument to use that stub instead, but it doesn't exist yet. Since you seem to be the primary person working on articles about mbira players right now, I'll defer to you as to which stub would be preferable if you have a preference.
