[edit] Miscellaneaous
- Almost none of the lyrics to Dallas Green and Wade MacNeil's singing parts are disclosed in the interior of the album (it doesn't have a booklet, but rather just folds out), which probably accounts for at least a third of the vocals/lyrics on the album.
- Chris Steele, Wade MacNeil and Jesse Ingelevics were only 17 when the album was recorded.
- The cover art for Alexisonfire's self titled album was photographed at Ferndale Public School in St.Catharines, Ontario and is based on the lyrics from "A Dagger Through the Heart of St. Angeles". Moreover, the photos were taken by lead singer George Pettit.
- This album also features Alexisonfire's longest studio album track, "Adelleda" which clocks in at 5:47 (Their cover of Black Sabbath's "Sweet Leaf" from the Trailer Park Boys movie soundtrack clocks in at 6:39).
