Alexandre Alves

José Alexandre da Silva Alves Lindo (born August 15, 1973 in São Paulo, Brazil) is a Brazilian offensive midfielder, who currently plays for Esporte Clube Juventude of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A.
Started his professional career at União São João in Araras, São Paulo, Brazil.
Before coming to Juventude, Alexandre played extensively in Brazil, with São Paulo, Santos, Atlético Mineiro, Botafogo, Guarani, and Portuguesa and in Mexico, with Club Necaxa.
He joined Necaxa for the 2004 Apertura, and became an important player in the center of the field for the club as the season wore on, playing in 15 games, 11 starts, and scoring three goals and three assists.
He tranferred to Juventude for the Campeonato Brasileiro 2006.
