Alexander Cunningham, 1st Earl of Glencairn

Alexander Cunningham (1426 - June 11, 1488), Lord Kilmaurs and 1st Earl of Glencairn, was a Scottish nobleman.

He was created a Lord of Parliament in 1469, with the title Lord Kilmaurs, and was created Earl of Glencairn in 1488. He was slain at the Battle of Sauchieburn on June 11, 1488[1].
