Alexander A. Farrelly

Alexander Anthony Farrelly (29 December 1923–10 September 2002), was the governor of the United States Virgin Islands serving from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Farrelly graduated from St. John's University in 1954 with a bachelor's degree in law. He later went on to earn a master's degree in law from Yale University in 1958.
