Alex Stepanovich (born September 25, 1981) is a National Football League center for the Arizona Cardinals.

He was selected in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft, Stepanovich has been a starter since the first day of training camp and quickly became one of the most consistent players on the field. He started every game for the Cardinals in 2004 and did not miss a single offensive snap which made him become the first rookie center in team history to start every game.

Regarded as one of the top centers in college football the past two seasons at Ohio State he shifted to guard earlier in his senior campaign and he started 26 games during his career for the Buckeyes.
