Aleksander Korwin Gosiewski (?-1639) was a Polish szlachcic.

He was Recorder of Lithuania from 1610, Grand Clerk of Lithuania from 1615, voivode of Smoleńsk Voivodship from 1625, Field Clerk of Lithuania 1630, Starost puński and wielski.

Marshal of the Sejm (nadzwyczajnego) on December 3 - December 24, 1613.

Took part in the Polish-Muscovite War (1605-1618), where around 1610 he was Commander of the Polish garrison of the Moscow Kremlin.

Dynastic Genealogy has only records of one son, Wincenty and one daughter, Zuzanna. The existence of Krzysztof Korwin Gosiewski, Mikolaj, Helena and Anna, comes from a misunderstanding or from a non quoted source.

Indeed, there are two Gosiewskis noble families: It seems that one of them originates from a Knight of the clan Slepowron, Lord of Gosie or Gosiewo, near Rózan. The other aristocratic family, originates from a Knight of the clan Korwin, Lord of Gosiewo, (or Gosie, or Gosie Lesnica), near Zambrow.

The latter family are Aleksander Korwin Gosiewski and, of course, his son Wincenty and his daughter Zuzanna. Some sources claim that a cousin of Wicenty's was the landowner of a huge estate in the Chelsty region, (near Rózan too). But it appears confused whether this szlachcic is really from the Korwin-Gosiewski family or from the Slepowron-Gosiewski.
