Aldrea

Aldrea-Iskillion-Falan, is a fictional character in the Animorphs series.

Aldrea is the daughter of Prince Seerow, a main character in Animorphs 34: The Prophecy and the heroine in The Hork-Bajir Chronicles. She has a strong personality mixed with a desire to do the right thing, not necessarily what is easy.

Aldrea, along with her family, were sent to the Hork-Bajir world to monitor the species. While there, she befriends the Hork-Bajir seer, Dak Hamee. The Yeerks begin their conquest of the planet by killing Aldrea's family, and Aldrea and Dak form an inevitably doomed rebellion of Hork-Bajir to fight against the Yeerks. Andalite forces eventually arrive, under the command of Alloran-Semitur-Corrass, however when Aldrea realises they plan to release a quantum virus - effectively killing off the remaining uninfested Hork-Bajir so that the Yeerks cannot use them as host bodies - she acquires a female Hork-Bajir and deliberately becomes a nothlit, living out the rest of her life with Dak and having a child, Seerow (named after Aldrea's father), with him.

In Animorphs 34: The Prophecy, Aldrea's ixcila - essentially her conscious mind - joins Cassie's body, over thirty years since Aldrea's own death. Aldrea is initially prepared to take full control of Cassie in order to get to know her great-granddaughter Toby Hamee, but after aiding the Hork-Bajir rebellion one last time by giving them the location of a stockpile of weapons she stole from the Yeerks before her death, she leaves Cassie's body.

[edit] Morphs

Aldrea's known morphs include a djabala, a chadoo, a female Hork-Bajir (named Delf Hajool), and an Andalite (Alloran).
