The accusation of bribing members of the jury (by itself) is not neutral point of view. By itself, such an accusation presents a bias.

If it was offered in the context of charges and counter-charges, then it might be acceptable.

Books have been written about this trial, and there is a great deal of source material. Hopefully someone will find time to provide a balanced account. Richard Myers
