Fair use rationale:
1. This picture was given/e-mailed to me by his great-nephew. I will e-mail a copy of his letter if anyone requests it. 2. It is clearly a U.S. Army service photo, and the orginal is property of the United States Government as is therefore public domain even if it was taken yesterday. 3. If the photo was taken for the subject, Albert E. Baesel has been dead since 1918, which is more than 75 years ago.
