Alberta provincial highway 28A

Alberta provincial highway 28A is a highway located in north central Alberta.

The first section of the highway (about 14 km long) begins in the city of Edmonton along Highway 37 as an extension of 17th Street NE. It proceeds north past the town of Gibbons where it joins Highway 28

The second section begins at the hamlet of Ashmont. While Highway 28 goes south to the town of St. Paul, Highway 28A continues in an easterly direction.

• 7 km - Highway 867 branches off to the north
• 12 km - Road branches off to the north to the hamlet of Mallaig
• 17 km - Crosses Highway 881
• 34 km - Meets Highway 28 and Highway 41 at the hamlet of Hoselaw where it ends.
