Albera Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 120 km southeast of Turin and about 45 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 349 and an area of 21.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Albera Ligure contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Astrata, San Martino, Figino, Santa Maria, Vendersi, Vigo, and Volpara.
Albera Ligure borders the following municipalities: Cabella Ligure, Cantalupo Ligure, Fabbrica Curone, Montacuto, and Rocchetta Ligure.
