Albany Town Library is a public library in Albany, Orleans County, Vermont. It is located at 1031 Main St. in Albany, Vermont (mailing address: PO Box 512, Albany, VT 05820-0512).

According to 2000 Census figures as reported by the Vermont Department of Libraries, Albany Town Library serves a population of 840, with staffing hours equivalent to 0.27 full time employees.
In 2004 the 684 square foot (64 m²) library reported having a collection of 5562 books (3462 adult books, 2100 juvenile books), or about 6.62 books per capita. In addition the library had 774 audio-visual items, 140 of them juvenile items, for a total collection size of 5948. The library subscibed to 32 periodicals, 2 of them juvenile.
There were 71 registered borrowers (20 of whom were juvenile), or 8.5% of the local population. Patrons visited the library a total of 540 times, or 0.62 visits per capita. It circulated 456 books (192 adult, 264 juvenile) or 0.54 items per capita. A total of 104 reference transactions were also handled. 71 items were requested from other libraries through inter-library loan, none leant.
The annual budget was $3100. $2600 of this was raised by local taxes — $3.10 per capita.
As of the 2004 data, the library did not offer Internet access, and listed no phone number or website.
