Alabama State Route 217

State Route 217 or S.R. 217 is a 35 mile long route that serves as a connection between Eight Mile and Citronelle through western Mobile County. Along its route its is known as Lott Road outside Citronelle and as Prine Road and State Street through Citronelle.
The southern terminus of S.R. 217 is located at its intersection with U.S. Route 45 in Eight Mile. From this point, the route travels in gradual loop towards the northwest before turning towards the northeast in route to its northern terminus with Mobile County Road 21 in Citronelle.
