Al Qadarif

Al Qadarif (Gedarif) (Arabic: القضارف) is the capital of the state of Al Qadarif in Sudan. It is on the road between Khartoum and the Ethiopian border at Gallabat. The town is famous for its sesame seed auctions, which take place daily.
