Al Pease

Al Pease (born October 15, 1921 in Darlington, England) is a former Formula One driver from Canada. He participated in 2 grands prix, debuting on August 27, 1967. He scored 0 championship points.
Although his Formula One career was brief, consisting of only two races, he holds an important, if unfortunate distinction within the sport. In the 1969 Grand Prix of Canada Pease was black-flagged (disqualified) for driving too slowly, the only driver in Formula One history to have suffered that penalty.
