Sulaiman bin Ahmad bin Ayub bin Mutair Al-Lakhmi At-Tabarani was born sometime in 260 AH. He narrated numerous ahadeeth. Amongst his students Ahmad bin 'Amr bin 'Abdul-Khaliq Al-Basri or Al-Bazzar.
