Akureyri Airport (Akureyrarflugvöllur in Icelandic) (IATA: AEY, ICAO: BIAR) is a single-runway international airport in Akureyri, Iceland.
The airport runway is situated on a spit due south of the city centre. There are no public transport connections; however, taxis are available.
Air Iceland links the airport with several domestic locations. The only international flights are operated by Iceland Express to Copenhagen and London Stansted.
