Please, can someone clarify the license?

Is atribution or not?

Is non-commercial or not?

I mean, in words it is non-commercial, no need for atribution. In the template, just atribution.

And, by the way it uses the outdated 2.0 cc, not the 2.5

The person who took the photograph said that GFDL was fine - that they woul allow its use for wikipedia and any non-commercial purpose, and that no attribution was required.
