AJ Rochester

AJ Rochester (Ajay) (born 17 April 1969 in Sydney) is an Australian comedian, motivational speaker, and author. She is the host of the Australian version of The Biggest Loser.
She has also authored the books Confessions of a Reformed Dieter, Blubberguts and The Lazy Girl's Guide to Losing Weight and Getting Fit.
One of her first ever roles was in The Crossing (1990) - the film that paired up Russell Crowe and Danielle Spencer.
She was host of the SBS series Mum's the Word.
She appeared in the film Vicious.
It is hard to find but she also wrote and recorded a spoken word/jazz album called Sexual Encounters. It is rated "R".
