Aitvaras (network)

Aitvaras is a popular Lithuanian IRC network.
It dates back to 1995, when the first Lithuanian IRC server irc.omnitel.net was started. The network was called Aitvaras in 2001. IPv6 and SSL were supported as early as 2003. One of the worst events in the network's history happened in 2004, when the aitvaras.net domain was lost due to a misunderstanding.
In October 2006, Aitvaras migrated it's software to UnrealIRCd.
