Well hello there. I'm pretty new at this Wikipedia thing and am just kind of puttering around.

I am currently attending Eastern Michigan University and pursuing a BA degree in Art History. I'm mostly interested in the Medieval and Renaissance periods, but I also have many other things I hope to study. I'm also minoring in Anthropology, and some day hope to get involved in restoration and preservation type activities.

My user name comes from the NES game Magic of Scheherazade, and was the name of the protector deity, who exerted his power during a certain kind of solar eclipse. I thought it was pretty neat when I was a wee lad, anyways.
