Air Training Command

Air Training Command (ATC) was a former United States Army Air Forces and United States Air Force command. Its headquarters was located at Randolph AFB near San Antonio, Texas. ATC and Air University were merged to form the Air Education and Training Command, also located at Randolph AFB.
