Air Jamaica Express is an airline based in Kingston, Jamaica and a subsidiary of Air Jamaica. It operates domestic and inter island scheduled flights and charter services.

The airline was established on 1 November 1995 and started operations on 18 April 1996. It was previously known as Trans-Jamaican Airlines. The airline ceased operations in 2004 due to financial problems and their routes took over by Air Jamaica.

Air Jamaica Express operates the following services (at January 2004):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios.
- International scheduled destinations: Havana, Port-au-Prince, Providenciales and Santo Domingo.
- Charter services include the following destinations: Nassau, Grand Cayman, Turks and Caicos Islands, Barbados, Havana and Santiago de Cuba.

The Air Jamaica fleet consists of 6 Bombardier Dash 8 Q100 aircraft (at February 2004).
