Air Columbus

1989 Air Columbus has been founded in Portugal as Transporte Aereo Nao Regular operating Boeing 727 and 737 mainly to the German market. Following the bankruptcy of a major German tour operator (Hetzel Reisen) and the co-owner Sterling Airlines in 1993 and 1994, Air Columbus subsequently also had to file bankruptcy and left the scene in 1995.
