Aimo Stefano Diana (born January 2, 1978 in Brescia) is a footballer for Palermo of Serie A and the Italy national football team. He is tall 180 cm and weighs 72 kg.

A product of the Brescia youth team, Diana debuted for the first team in a Serie B match on 1997, and played his first Serie A match on August 31, 1997, against Inter Milan. Diana played for the team of his native city until September 2001, excluding a one-year loan to Hellas Verona in 1999, leaving then Brescia for Parma. Unfortunately, he did not obtain particularly success with the Emilian side, and he left Parma on January 2003 in a six-months loan to Reggina Calcio, and then signed for Sampdoria in the end of that season.

Diana has since become one of the key members of Sampdoria, and quickly gained a number of call-ups in the Italy's national team, debutting in a friendly match against Spain on April 28, 2004.

In 2006 he signed for Palermo.
