Ahí Vamos is the name of the ultimate album by argentinean rocker Gustavo Cerati. The album received both good critical reception and popularity, specially in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico. The first cut from the album was Crimen, which starded receiving airplay from April 2006 and gained huge popularity in Latin America and Spain. The second single, released in September was La Excepción. The album was certified Platinum in Argentina with only pre-ordered sales and Gold status in Mexico. On November 2, 2006 the album received the Latin Grammy for best rock album and Crimen won the category for best rock song. The album was also nominated for best album of the year, but lost to Shakira's Fijación Oral Vol. 1. Cerati travelled around Latin America and the USA to promote the album, and also did a tour on Spain. The album made possible for Gustavo to play his first gig ever in London. He played on The Forum on October 12.
