Olof Agne Laurentius Holmström (born December 29, 1893 – died 1949) was a Swedish athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
He competed for a Sweden in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the bronze medal with his team mates William Pettersson, Sven Malm and Nils Sandstrom.
