Agent 99

Agent 99 is a fictional television spy portrayed by Barbara Feldon on the 1960s television series Get Smart. She was the work partner, and later wife, of Secret Agent Maxwell Smart, Agent 86, portrayed by Don Adams. 99's true name was never revealed, not even when her mother appeared in one episode, or even after the character became a US Congresswoman in the FOX revival. One episode had Smart call her "Ernestine", which touched her to no end, even she immediately revealed that it wasn't her real name.
99 has fraternal twin children from her marriage to Maxwell Smart: Zachary (portrayed by Andy Dick), who eventually became a CONTROL agent in 1995, and his still-as-yet unnamed sister.
Agent 99 is being resurrected to the movie screen with the upcoming film adaptation of Get Smart, starring Anne Hathaway as 99.
