This template is used for articles submitted through the Wikipedia:Articles for creation process, when a reviewer can't decide whether or not an article is appropriate, and wants to ask other reviewers for help.

Usage:

which displays as shown above, or

{{afc maybe|It's almost, but not quite notable.}}

which inserts the additional line "The prior reviewer left the following comment: It's almost, but not quite notable."
