AFC Champions League 2007

AFC Champions League 2007 will be the 26th AFC Champions League. It will be played between 28 clubs from nations who are members of the Asian Football Confederation. Australian clubs will be competing in the competition for the first time.[1] The draw will take place in Kuala Lumpur on December 22.
Clubs from the following countries will be competing:
- Kuwait (2 clubs - Kuwait SC and Al-Arabi)
- Uzbekistan (2 clubs - FC Pakhtakor and Neftchi Farg'ona)
- Syria (2 clubs - Al Karama and Al Ittihad)
- Iran (2 clubs - Esteghlal and Sepahan)
- United Arab Emirates (2 clubs)
- Saudi Arabia (2 clubs - Al Shabab and Al Hilal)
- Iraq (2 clubs - Al-Zawra'a and Najaf FC)
- Qatar (2 clubs - Al Rayyan and Al Sadd)
- South Korea (2 clubs - Ilhwa Chunma and Chunnam Dragons)
- China (2 clubs - Shandong Luneng and Shanghai Shenhua)
- Japan (2 clubs - Urawa Red Diamonds and Kawasaki Frontale[1])
- Vietnam (1 club)
- Indonesia (2 clubs - Arema Malang and Persik Kediri)
- Thailand (1 club)
- Australia (2 clubs - Adelaide United and Sydney FC)

- Group round: March 7, March 21, April 11, April 25, May 9, May 23
- Quarter finals: September 19, September 26
- Semi finals: October 3, October 24
- Finals: November 7, November 14
