Aeroflex Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARXX) is a global supplier of microelectronic products and test and measurement products. The company's products support communications, networks and automatic test systems.

Aeroflex Microelectronics Solutions produces space qualified and radiation hardened microelectronic products.

Aeroflex Test Solutions offers equipment and solutions for Avionics, Communications, and General Purpose testing, as well as Signal Sources and a line of PXI based Modular RF Test Equipment.

The company was founded in 1937 and is headquartered in Plainview New York. Aeroflex is a public company with more than 2600 employees worldwide.
