A1 (full name Adventure One) is an outdoor adventure channel available in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
The channel’s programmes feature outdoor adventure, adventure travel, adventure personalities and special events from around the world.
A1 is owned by Fox (News Corporation) and the National Geographic Society, and is a sister channel of the National Geographic Channel.

In the UK, A1 is to be replaced by a new National Geographic wildlife channel entitled National Geographic Wild (Nat Geo Wild). The new channel is scheduled to launch on March 1, 2007.
