Adventure (1945 film)

Adventure is a 1945 film based on the novel Adventure by Clyde Brion Davis. Clark Gable and Greer Garson star as a sailor and a librarian. It was Gable's first postwar film and the tagline repeated in the movie's famous trailer was "Gable's back and Garson's got him!" Directed by Victor Fleming, one of Gable's favorite directors.
