Adriatic Motorway

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Adriatic Highway (Serbian/Montenegrin: Jadranska Magistrala; Cyrillic: Јадранска Магистрала) is a road that stretches along the coast of Montenegro.

The road follows the route: Herceg Novi - Kotor - Tivat - Budva - Petrovac - Sutomore - Bar - Ulcinj.

It merges with Croatian road network at Debeli Brijeg border crossing near Herceg Novi, and ends east of Ulcinj. From Herceg Novi to halfway between Petrovac and Sutomore, it is the part of European routes E65/E80.

The road has two lanes for its entire length. There are two major detours from Adriatic Highway to inland Montenegro - at Budva, via Cetinje, and at Sutomore, via Sozina tunnel.
