Adrenaline Rush is the third album released in 1997 for the rap artist Twista, who previously released two albums under the pseudonym of Tung Twista. The album had guest artists: Johnny P, Liffy Stokes, Miss Kane, Malif, Mayze, and Turtle Banxx. The first single off the album was Get It Wet. This album is regarded by many fans as Twista's best album.
