This template is for experienced users who want to help; they just have to place it on their user or talk pages. It will automatically add them to Category:Wikipedians seeking to adopt in Adopt-a-user and Category:Wikipedians involved with Adopt-a-user.

It is used for the user adoption process. When the user is adopted, remove this template and replace with {{Adopter|adoptee's user name}}.
