Adevism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Adevism, a term introduced by Friedrich Max Müller to imply the denial of gods (Sans. deva), on the analogy of Atheism, the denial of God. Friedrich Max Müller used it particularly in connection with the Vedanta philosophy for the correlative of ignorance or nescience (Gifford lectures, 1892, c. ix.).
